Dhimas Apartments
With a convenient downtown location, The Dhimas Apartments are only steps from the beach, and within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. The 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments are furnished with fully-equipped kitchens, color cable TV and air conditioning.
Weekly rentals (Sat through Sat) during the summer.
Apartments Featuring:
- Full Furnishings
- Full bathrooms
- Large kitchen with all cooking appliances:
Plates, glasses, silverware, pots, etc.
Microwave and coffee machine.
- Wall unit air conditioners and base board heating
- Cable TV
- Vacuum
- BBQ with Picnic Tables in yard
All Utilities are provided as part of your rental fee, for weekly rentals.
Policies
- 10.5% tax is not included in any rate quoted and must be paid on arrival along with any balance due. A One-Third deposit is required to reserve any apartment and may be paid by, certified check, cash and, or money order. Balance due should be paid on arrival.
- Check-in time: 4:00pm - Check-out time: 11:00am
- Although every effort will be made to secure the apartment you wish at the time of reservation, sometimes we may have to substitute an equal or better unit. Weekly rates are available for Saturday to to Saturday rentals.
- Sleeps 5 - 12 people
- Sorry, NO PETS.
- Prices are for advance reservations only.
