- Three night minimum advance reservation on holiday weekends.
- 10 days notice of cancellation required for refunds, subject to $25.00 service fee.

Dhimas Apartments Policies:
- 10.5% tax is not included in any rate quoted and must be paid on arrival along with any balance due. A One-Third deposit is required to reserve any apartment and may be paid by, certified check, cash and, or money order. Balance due should be paid on arrival.
- Check-in time: 4:00pm - Check-out time: 11:00am
- Although every effort will be made to secure the apartment you wish at the time of reservation, sometimes we may have to substitute an equal or better unit. Weekly rates are available for Saturday to to Saturday rentals.
